While Oracle has been a great home for Golden State during their tenure there, ever since the Warriors’ new ownership group took over, there has been speculation that may move across the bay to San Francisco again. That rumor just recently got confirmed, and is planned to occur at the onset of the 2017-2018 season. Of course with the move, there also comes the need for a new arena. The whole venture is set to cost $1 billion, with funds set aside for completely rebuilt Piers 30-32, 100,000 square feet of shops and restaurants, and public plazas. Here we have the latest renderings for what the proposed 17,500 seat arena and its surrounding area will look like. Just an incredible looking venue. Words don’t do a justice. Definitely bound to be the next best arena in the league, especially with the roaring home crowd already being sported at Oracle.
